As one of Web3’s most established news and distribution networks, BSCN already had scale — what it needed was clarity, consistency, and a sharper story.

I was brought in to lead a comprehensive redesign across product UI, brand systems, and marketing output. The goal: refine how BSCN communicates value to builders, traders, and ecosystem partners alike.

From redesigning their web and app experience to unifying visual language across social campaigns and ecosystem partnerships, I helped transform BSCN into a modern, modular media platform — built for scale and trusted by millions.

A media platform, redesigned for utility and growth.

BSCN’s interface was serving legacy design patterns that hadn’t evolved with its audience. My task was to reimagine the user experience across web and mobile to better serve both casual users and daily traders — without compromising performance or clarity.

UI that adapts to content velocity.

BSCN publishes dozens of updates per day — from news and token launches to opinion pieces and partner features. To support this pace, I designed reusable layout templates and content modules tied directly to a custom headless CMS.

The result was an editorial toolkit that empowered the content team to work faster without sacrificing brand consistency. UI templates included real-time market tickers, ecosystem-specific landing pages, and auto-tagging systems to streamline categorization and internal linking.

Designed for responsiveness and reach.

With BSCN’s audience split across desktop, tablet, and mobile, it was critical to ensure the platform performed flawlessly across devices. I developed a responsive design system optimized for Web3-native users on the go, with particular attention paid to spacing, touch targets, and readability on all screens.

Turning AI filler into a cohesive visual brand.

Before my involvement, BSCN’s marketing visuals were inconsistent — relying heavily on generic AI-generated imagery that lacked cohesion or brand recognition. I led a complete overhaul of their visual identity across social and promotional channels, introducing a bold, modular style system built for speed and scalability.

From card layouts and headline typographies to a consistent palette and graphic overlays, I designed a set of templates and visual rules that gave the team a toolkit to quickly produce polished content — no designer required.

The results spoke for themselves: engagement rates across Twitter and Telegram content increased over 10x, and partnerships now launch with sleek, branded visuals that reflect BSCN’s authority in the space.

Crafting decks that close deals.

From strategic partnerships to ecosystem growth initiatives, I was directly responsible for designing and producing all of BSCN’s high-stakes pitch materials. This included partnership one-pagers, VC decks, ecosystem proposals, and onboarding presentations — each tailored to its audience but unified under a sharp, confident visual language.

These weren’t just pretty slides — they helped BSCN land collaborations with leading L1s, accelerate media visibility, and position themselves as a go-to launch partner for new projects across the space. Every page was built to communicate value fast, with clean layouts, clear messaging, and a visual identity that matched the caliber of their ambitions.
