A fairer way to launch. Designing a crypto launchpad that rewards loyalty, not hype.

This client came to me with a vision: build a launchpad from the ground up that felt meaningfully different, one that was open to new teams, accessible to first-time users, and centered around fairness, not bots or whales. We designed a permissionless platform that uses an application-based sale model and a points-based loyalty system to give real users a better chance at allocation.
Instead of rewarding fast hands or deep pockets, users earn allocation points by filling what they commit to, supporting project visibility through social tasks, referring new users, and holding tokens for longer periods post-launch. The more value they bring to the ecosystem, the higher their tier, and the more likely they are to access future sales.
From a product perspective, the challenge was to simplify all of this logic into a clean, accessible interface that worked seamlessly across desktop and mobile. The result is a platform that feels familiar but behaves differently, one that balances UX clarity with long-term community incentives.
Scope of Work
Designed for accessibility, without compromising capability.
The entire platform was structured with new users in mind, stripping away the usual crypto jargon and friction points to make onboarding intuitive. A clean step-by-step flow walks users through applying for allocation, completing tasks, and tracking loyalty progress, while the backend handles complex logic invisibly.
Loyalty points that drive meaningful behavior.
To win allocation, users apply to each sale, but their chances improve based on their loyalty score. I designed a transparent points system that rewards value-aligned actions: completing allocation commitments, supporting social campaigns, holding tokens post-sale, and referring real users. Inactivity or dumping results in score penalties, ensuring the community is active, not extractive.
A streamlined sale experience, from applying to allocating capital.
Participating in a sale is intentionally simple: users review project details, submit their application, and, if approved, receive a clear breakdown of their allocation. From there, committing funds takes just a few clicks. I designed the entire process to feel transparent and low-friction, making it easy for users to support early-stage projects without confusion or rushed decisions.
Built for precision and power on desktop.
While mobile-first was the priority, the desktop experience was carefully designed for users who trade at scale and demand maximum control. PRINT3R's web app offers advanced tooling, responsive layouts, and a clean interface that prioritizes speed and clarity. Power users can manage positions, build custom markets, and analyze trends with minimal friction — all within a responsive UI that feels just as intuitive as it is powerful.
A smarter way to raise, built for early-stage teams.
For projects, launching on the platform is refreshingly simple. The raise application flow guides teams through uploading details, setting sale terms, and adding optional social tasks, all in minutes. Beyond ease of use, the loyalty-based system ensures their sale reaches genuinely committed users, not mercenary capital. It’s fundraising with alignment baked in.
Conclusion:
This launchpad wasn’t just about creating another place to buy tokens, it was about reshaping what a fair, community-driven raise could look like. From loyalty mechanics to allocation logic, every design decision was made to serve both sides of the ecosystem: helping projects raise with confidence, and rewarding users who actually show up, support, and stick around.
The result is a launch experience that feels refreshingly fair, intuitive for newcomers, and strategically aligned for long-term growth. One that puts value over hype, and gives the next generation of crypto projects a stronger start.
